We inform you that: holder and person responsible of the treatment it is the Lineon s.a.s. ; the data object of treatment are: those furnished by the subscriber and those related to the use of the service connected lineon.it to the site; the finalities of interactive commercial information and promotion. The supplier doesn’t intend in some way to treat sensitive data of the consumer and therefore where the sessions of connection had to underline of it, the supplier provide to their immediate destruction without holding back some copy or trace, before such data can be in partnership to the consumer himself. The formalities of treatment foresee the employment of  automated means and manuals. The circle of communication or diffusion on the data it is exclusively limited to Lineon.it or to the observance of the obligations of law. The list of such subjects is to disposition of the consumer that applies for it. The treatments excluded by the consent are:
A) those finalized to the fulfilment of obligations of law or use;
B)the data related to the sessions of connection of the subscriber that are object of treatment without name to the source or to thin safety. The treatment for which the consent is anticipated are: those that contemplate to the pusuit of the finalities of interactive commercial information, of promotion and of greater knowledge of the demands of the use as well as the communication of the data in the terms above described. The duration of the treatments has fixed in 10 years and to their term the data will be destroyed. The consequence of the refusal to lend the consent to the treatment of the data is the impossibility to stipulate the contract.
To the consumer the rights are up to of which to the art.13 of the law 675/96 that has been transcribed again here integrally.

1)Formality of access. Can access the reserved area of the site all the interested people, previous signature of special free form and acceptance of the same from Lineon s.a.s. Illustrative pages of the production of object are anticipated in Murano glass exclusive of the Lineon s.a.s. The access to the pages is free. The access to the site implicates in every case the integral acceptance of the present conditions. 2)Copyright The content of the site is covered by copyright, with all the reserved rights in base to the principles of law to which he makes dispatch. This implicates that express prohibition is done to the consumers to modify, to publish, to rebroadcast, to sell, to copy, to create extracts to redistribute or to show to the third whatever information, gives, communication and anything are contained in the site, except to make copy for personal use. The use of the content of the site lineon.it is also forbidden for public or commercial use. Such behaviours will be pursued to norm of law. 3)exclusion of Guarantee and Responsibility. In the site lineon.it is illustrated the production of the firm Lineon s.a.s. what it consists in objects of Murano glass and it guarantees their exactness, completeness and reliability. Lineon.it it is not responsible besides for consequential damages from possible interruptions, suspensions, delays or anomalies in the dependent disbursements of the informative service from any cause. In any case Lineon s.a.s. can be held responsible for direct or indirect damages, consequential to the consumers from the use of the contained informations in the site. 4) rights of Lineon s.a.s. Lineon s.a.s. reserve in the right, without assuming it the obligation, to improve or to modify the content of the site or to correct errors or omissions inside the proposed services, this in any moment and without warning.
